We believe in working in partnership with different organizations well knowing that we cannot achieve some of the desired goals single-handedly because we are not a fountain of all knowledge but with coming together we can attain more strides on issues affecting young women and men in different communities.

What We Do
Training
We train young women and men in market-based technical and entrepreneurial skills (Tailoring, hair dressing, reusable pad making, soap and lotion making, mechanics, brick laying and concrete practice, carpentry and joinery among others
Loan Association
Formation and support of young women and men to form Village saving and loan association (VSLA) as a source of financial service for enterprises.
Internship & Placement
Support trained young women with internship and placement with employers in the business and social sectors.
Gender Equality
Conduct advocacy and Awareness campaign on gender equality and importance of education across communities across West Nile region of Uganda.
Sex Education
Awareness creation and advocacy among parents, adolescent girls and boys, young mothers and community leaders on Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH).
Youth Development
Help a Young Person Finish Well
From vocational training to university to micro-loans, Compassion’s Youth Development helps sponsored children continue their journey out of poverty.

How Leaders are prepared
Youth Development Program provides youth ages 12 and older with customized training and educational paths according to their own unique potential.

We find out what matters most to our partners and the young people and communities they serve, and then we help make it happen. Our model helps funding with capacity development services to help our partners realize transformation, community & youth-driven change.

Changing the world through education
Our goal is to change the world with the power of education. We strive to support people in the community who have been marginalised and who are experiencing hardships and challenges in their lives. We respond with skill, compassion and tenacity to each of the more than 500 people we see annually through our disability, homelessness, domestic violence, children’s, relationship support, youth, community, training and intervention services.
